If you require service during peak traffic times, before 9am or after 5:00pm, the travel fee is increased.

I make the process of getting a notary stamp on your documents easy and convenient. I come to you! These typically entail witnessing the signing of sensitive documents, identifying participants, and administering oaths, when necessary. Appointments can be arranged at your residence, office, hotel, airport, nursing home, hospital, restaurant, film set, coffee shop, or any other location you request. 

Valid Identification can be: 

• 1. State-issued Driver's License

• 2. State-issued Identification Card

• 3. U.S Military Identification Card

• 4. Resident Alien Identification Card

• 5. U.S Passport Book or Identification Card

Please note if you are hiring a mobile notary public, you are paying an additional fee for the convenience of mobile service to your location. This fee is based on type of signing, distance, and time of day. For more information see below.

• Standard Notary Fee The State of California has determined the fees for Notary Services as:

  • $15 per signature notarized (Acknowledgments/Jurat)

  • $15 Oath/Affirmation

  • $7 Oath to Witness

  • $15 for each copy: Certifying a Copy Power of Attorney

• Travel/Mobile Service Fee (based on distance) will be added as follows:

  • Mileage rates: $2.00 per mile + Standard Notary Fee(s) 

  • Holidays/Outside regular business hours: $50.00 travel fee + Standard Notary Fee(s) 

  • Airport: $100.00 travel fee + Standard Notary Fee(s)

  • Excessive Waiting Times: $20.00 per 15 minutes

Loan Signing Minimum Fee + Travel/Mobile Service Fee

• One loan document set ¹ ²

• Travel Fee Loan Document Pickup & Delivery to local areas within 15 miles

• Drop-off to courier upon signing completion

• Confirmation email/tracking information

Loan Signing Minimum Fee: $150

¹Fees can increase with more than 2 signers

²Fee is per copy if lender requires more copies additional fee may be applied

Travel/Mobile Service Fee: $2 per mile

*It is considered travel fee when signing location is outside local area.
